SHIPPING
DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCT.

Orders received before 11 AM Central Standard Time are generally processed the same day; however, we cannot guarantee shipment or delivery dates.

Deliveries will not be made to unoccupied addresses or PO Boxes.

Shipping charges are not included in our prices. In order to keep shipping cost at a minimum, we ship orders from the warehouse closest to customer.

Slatwall, Showcases and other heavy merchandise is shipped by freight truck (LTL) which requires the customer to unload at curbside. Questions regarding shipping and lead times for all LTL shipments can be placed in the Notes field (located directly above the Submit button on the order form) when you order. Crating charges may apply.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Custom or special orders, including Slatwall panels, can not be returned or cancelled once production has begun.

Returns will not be accepted without an approved returned merchandise authorization number (RMA). Contact customer service by email ([email protected]) or phone (866-463-3668) to obtain an RMA number for your return. Fixture Depot is under no obligation to accept merchandise returned without prior authorization. When we elect to accept a return of goods, those returns must be received within 30 days from the time of delivery and must be in original condition including packaging.

Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as the original shipping charges. Customer is also responsible for the shipping cost to return the items.

Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
